About Us
Established in 2016 under founder Crystal Angsari, a pastry chef with an extensive culinary background while having studied at Tsuji Culinary Institute (Osaka, Japan) & École Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie (Yssingeaux, France), Hokkaido Baby started out as a humble bakery that wanted to provide a means for our customers to be able to enjoy franco-japanese desserts not commonly found in Indonesia.
Expanding and Adventuring
Over the years, we have been working on expanding Hokkaido Baby. We have done several collaborations with other businesses with a common goal. Our latest venture is revolutionising plant-based desserts as we have been working on creating a healthier world through delicious desserts.
